SHIPPING

Canada Post is our Primary Shipping provider.  All items are shipped within 1-3 business days and are shipped regular expedited, signature required.

UPS is our Secondary Shipping provider to ship Ammunition.  Ammunition is shipped signature required.  UPS does not ship to PO Boxes - a Street Address is required to Ship Ammunition.

Items Damaged in Shipping - We will act on your behalf to retrieve credit from the shipper.  Once we receive credit - we will issue that credit to you.

At this time, we do not ship Primers, Powder or Explosives.

RETURN POLICY

All Firearms, Ammunition, Compound Bows & Crossbow sales are FINAL.  Exceptions may apply to un-used, non-fired condition and MAY warrant a return and refund.

If there is a defect with your product, we will assist in establishing contact with the appropriate Manufacturer warranty center.

Returned products MUST be in saleable condition with original packaging, un-used and un-fired and return shipping is the customers responsibility.  We do not issue refunds for shipping charges on items unless it is determined that the product is defective.

*Firearms that have been fired or modified are not eligible for refund

*Ammunition and Reloading components are not eligible for refund.

*Archery Equipment that has been modified is not eligible for refund.

*Special Order Items are not eligible for refund.  If there is an issue with defect on your special order item, we will establish contact with the appropriate warranty center.
