Licence verification and business record-keeping for non-restricted firearms:

Businesses will be required to obtain a reference number from the Registrar of Firearms confirming the validity of the transferee's (buyer's) firearms licence before transferring a non-restricted firearm.   The reference number is valid for all purchases up to 90 days.  After that time, a new reference number needs to be obtained.

The first time you make a purchase with us, we will acquire a reference number.  For your first purchase, the reference field at our checkout can be left blank.  If you make another purchase with us within 90 days of the reference number being issued, your reference number is still valid and should be entered in the reference field.  

Make certain that the email address you have entered on your order or your customer file is the same email address that is on file with the Registrar of Firearms.
